You should receive your downloaded template within minutes of payment being received but we do ask that you wait for an hour before reporting any problems. Downloading is relatively easy and requires Adobe which is free to download from the internet. We do recommend that you print a copy of the template and file it away in case of problems with your computer. You may wish to ask your local copy shop to copy it onto 300gsm card so you also have a hard copy template to hand.

When printing your template out you need to make sure that in the print options you select "no page scaling" otherwise you may find your template prints out at the wrong size.
